Learn how to sync HubSpot score with Salesforce. This will make it easy for your sales team to easily determine which of their leads that are more qualified to be reached out to.
Let's get started creating the HubSpot Score field in Salesforce.
Log in to your Salesforce Account
First, click on your own name in the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click Setup.
Customize
In the sidebar navigation, under App Setup, click on Customize > Leads > Fields.
Add New Custom Field
Scroll down to the Lead Custom Fields & Relationships section and click the New button.
Choose Data Type
Choose the Data Type of Number.
Click the Next button.
Enter Details
Enter a field label for the Salesforce field that you want to be displayed in your Salesforce layout. We recommend HubSpot Score. Next enter the length for the field. This value will depend on the maximum possible value for HubSpot score. If all of your rules add up to less than 999 use 3 as the length.
Click the Next button.
Visible fields
Choose the Salesforce profiles that can see this field. In most cases, you would want all profiles to be able to see this field. Then click the Next button.
Add to page layouts
Add the field to your Lead Page Layouts so you can see the field on Lead Profiles. Then click the Save button.
Go back to HubSpot and Map the field
Log in to HubSpot
Log in to your HubSpot account and go to Contacts > Contacts Settings
Contact Field Mappings
Click on the Contact Field Mapping button under Salesforce Connector.
Auto-Link All Fields
Click the Auto link All Fields button
Map the Salesforce field Manually
Find the field with the Salesforce Name that you gave it in Salesforce. If you named it HubSpot Score, the Salesforce Name would be hubspot_score__c.
Change HubSpot Label
Select the HubSpot Score contact property from the HubSpot Label dropdown.
Save Changes
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.
HubSpot Score is now mapped between HubSpot and Salesforce.
