Overview

There are several circumstances that you would require you to re-enter your Salesforce credentials into your HubSpot account.

  • You changed the password, email, or security token of the Salesforce integrated user.
  • The Salesforce password of the Salesforce integrated users expired.
  • A HubSpot user in your organization removed the correct credentials from the Salesforce integration settings screen within HubSpot.

Note: The security token is reset automatically with a Salesforce password change. Shortly after changing your password, your new security token will be emailed to you by support@salesforce.com. if your HubSpot > Salesforce integration user is the same user as any of your other Salesforce integrations, you will need to update the credentials in those systems as well.
