1. Go to your website page manager
Start at your Page Manager.
2. Reorder top navigation
To reorder menu items in your top navigation, simple drag your top-level pages in the order in which you'd like them to appear.
3. Link navigation item to external or self-hosted page
You can also have a menu item in your navigational structure to link to a page that you are hosting, or an external page. To do this, first click Add new page.
The only page property you need to edit is the Page Name.
Then click Show Advanced Options.
Scroll down to the Redirect URL field and enter the URL of the self-hosted or external page that you would like this navigation item to link to. When you're done, click Save Changes.
4. Hide pages in menus and/or top navigation
If you don't want to display a particular page in your navigation or menus, go to the page properties for that page and click Show advanced options.
Then uncheck Show in menu.
Then click Save Changes when you're done.
