Create a list of all records of an object

To create a list of all records for a given object, you can segment a list using the Create date property, since all records have this property. For example, if you want to send an email to all the contacts in your CRM, you can create a list of all contacts with a Create date value.

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Lists.
  • Click Create list.
  • Select the object with the records you want to include in your list.
  • In the left panel, click Add filter.
  • For the filter category, select [Object] properties.
  • Search for and select Create date.
  • Click the dropdown menu, then select is known. This will add all records of that object to the list.
